There is no need to adjust the interlocking back distance equalization device, which can always maintain the equal back distance of the pads on both sides during the use process, completely avoiding the phenomenon that the brake pad on one side floats against the brake disc due to the uneven back distance, and is equipped with a pad tracking device.
The main swing hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency and long service life, and do not need lubrication in the process of use.
The braking spring is arranged in a square spring tube, and a braking torque ruler is set on one side, so the braking torque can be directly displayed and adjusted conveniently and intuitively.
The brake pad is of plug-in type, which is convenient and fast to replace. The brake pad with different materials such as asbestos and semi metal is available for users to choose.
The automatic compensation device for brake pad wear (the one-way bearing adopts imported famous brand products) can keep the pad retraction and braking torque constant during use.
